Ms. Rachel Winborn
Rachel’s creative background lends itself to an intuitive therapeutic practice and her training as a Social Worker brings her grounded in the world of each individual she works with. Rachel is an attuned, empathetic listener, who focuses on her clients’ needs. She has experience working with persons with chronic distress, complex PTSD, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, faith-based injury/inquiry, grief/loss, parenting, family, and relationship issues. Rachel uses a variety of therapeutic modalities within her practice, drawing from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma recovery, dream analysis, art and play therapy, and relational-psychodynamic therapy.
